What areas do you serve?
Right now I serve East Aurora, NY and nearby towns within roughly a 20–25 minute drive. Towns like West Falls, Colden, Orchard Park, Hamburg, Marilla, South Wales and Elma.
If you’re not sure you’re in range, just send your address with your date inquiry and I’ll let you know.
For clients outside of this area who would still love to work with me, studio pickup may be available as an alternative to delivery and on-site placement.
What if the person I’m gifting to is home when you arrive?
That’s part of the fun planning. In our communication, we’ll talk through the timing and how to keep it a surprise if that’s your wish..
If they are home, I can:
-Sneak in while they are in another room and with your help keep it secret,
-Or we can stage everything in one area for a “big reveal.”
Either way, I’ll work with you to keep the magic you want to gift.
Does it have to be a surprise to book?
Not at all. “Blooming Home” is available for events, celebration, milestone, or as a gift to yourself.
How does payment work?
To reserve your date, a 50% retainer is required. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your install. If your Blooming Home is booked within 14 days of the install date, full payment is required to secure your date.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It depends on the season.
For regular weeks, at least 15 days’ notice is ideal so I can plan and source the best flowers and materials for you.
For busier times (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, popular summer weekends), dates can book out weeks ahead. If you have a specific date in mind, it’s always better to check as early as possible.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as you can.
If you reach out more than 14 days before your Blooming Home date, we can move you to a new available date once at no extra charge. The 50% retainer is non‑refundable, as flowers and time are reserved for you.
If you need to reschedule within 14 days, I’ve usually already ordered flowers and blocked off the time, so a reschedule is treated like a new booking.
Do I choose the exact flowers?
You can choose color palette, and general style, and I choose the exact flowers based on season and what looks best that week.
This gives you a design that feels like her and lets me use the freshest, most beautiful blooms available.
